Step 1:

Quote Phase

Whether you’re renovating or building, we begin with an obligation-free quote for your cabinetry. Book an on-site consultation, measure and quote, or, if you’re building, schedule a design consultation in our showroom – the largest in Bundaberg, with no appointments needed.

Step 2:

Acceptance

Once you’re happy with your quote, we prepare the paperwork and request financial commitment to secure your project. Your job is then scheduled, and you move forward with our designers to refine your cabinetry plans.

Step 3:

Concept Design

Meet with our in-house designer and colour consultant in our showroom to develop your design and choose products and finishes. You’ll receive 3D CAD designs to review, ensuring every detail is exactly as you envision.

Step 4:

Measure & Final Designs

After a site measure, you’ll receive your final cabinetry designs to review and approve. We only begin production once you’re 100% satisfied with the plans.

Step 5:

Production

Your cabinetry is cut, manufactured and assembled entirely in-house by our expert cabinet makers, ensuring quality control and precision at every stage.

Step 6:

Installation

Following quality checks, your cabinetry is delivered and installed. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you can depend on our team to guide your through the process.

Step 7:

Stone Tops, Splashbacks & Finishing Trades

If your project includes stone or glass, templating/check measures occur after cabinetry installation. Once ready, we fit these elements and coordinate finishing trades such as plumbers, electricians, tilers and plasterers.

Step 8:

Handover

We provide care and maintenance guides so you can look after your cabinetry. Where possible, we may arrange a photography session to showcase your completed space.
